All E-gift cards issued shall have a validity period of 1 year from the date of issuance of cards. Valid E-gift card in its original form (Email/SMS) has to be presented at the time of availing a service.
The cards cannot be used to settle stays booked on/thru a. Corporate rates. b. Group rates. c. Online Travel Agents (OTA’s) d. Any discounted or contracted room rates. e. Travel Agents/Intermediaries. f. Any commission agents.
The E-gift card shall not be applicable for redemption in conjunction with any other offer/promotion or benefit(s). The card shall not be valid for withdrawal of cash or currency exchange.
Multiple transactions can be performed on E-gift card until the value of the card is exhausted.
Sterling Holidays gift cards bought at Amazon.in cannot be returned.
